Terms of Service

1. The Service

SnapMint is an AI-powered tool that generates product listing content (titles, descriptions, tags, bullet points and meta descriptions) from product photos. The Service is designed to help sellers on platforms including Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Vinted and Wallapop.

The generated content is a starting point for your listings. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all content before publishing it on any platform.

2. Account registration

To use SnapMint you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at hola@snapmint.app

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use SnapMint only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload images you do not own or have permission to use
• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits by creating multiple accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape or otherwise extract data from the Service
• Use the Service to generate listings for counterfeit or prohibited products
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service to third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Photo uploads and content rights

You grant SnapMint a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your listing content. This license expires when the photo is deleted (automatically after 30 days, or upon your request).

We never use your photos to train AI models, share them with third parties beyond our processing pipeline, or use them for any purpose other than generating your requested listing.

5. Generated content

The listings generated by SnapMint are created by artificial intelligence. You understand and agree that:

• Generated content is a suggestion, not a guarantee. AI can make errors, misidentify materials, or generate content that does not accurately describe your product.
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it on any marketplace or platform.
• SnapMint is not liable for any consequences arising from publishing inaccurate or misleading product descriptions generated by the Service.
• You own the generated content. Once delivered to you, the listings are yours to use, modify and publish freely.

6. Subscription plans and payments

SnapMint offers the following plans:

• Free plan — 3 listings total, no monthly reset, no credit card required.
• Starter — 30 listings per month at $19/month.
• Growth — 100 listings per month at $39/month.
• Pro — 300 listings per month at $79/month.

Paid plans are billed monthly on your renewal date. Annual plans are billed yearly at a 20% discount. Credits reset on your renewal date and do not carry over to the following month.

Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from generating listings during your billing period, contact us at hola@snapmint.app and we will review your case and offer a credit or extension at our discretion.

8. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days notice and offer a prorated refund for unused subscription time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapMint and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of revenue, sales or profits resulting from published listings
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you publish without review
• Suspension or policy violations on third-party platforms resulting from your listings

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual property

The SnapMint name, logo, website design and underlying software are the intellectual property of SnapMint and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our express written permission.

The generated listing content belongs to you. We make no claim to ownership of listings generated from your product photos.

11. Platform compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings comply with the terms of service, policies and guidelines of the marketplace or platform where you publish them (including but not limited to Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Vinted and Wallapop). SnapMint is not affiliated with any of these platforms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
