4. Your photos and AI processing

Photos you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis. They are temporarily stored in Cloudinary (our image hosting provider) to enable processing. Photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hola@snapmint.app.

We do not use your photos or generated listings to train AI models. The content generated from your photos belongs entirely to you.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it for this purpose.

However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some of our third-party providers are based outside the European Economic Area (notably Anthropic and Cloudinary in the United States). These transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses as required by GDPR.
